Itzhak Perlman Portland Concert reviews
1973 George Thorogood still sounds the same
Indian Ranch hosted just Country Western Bands starting back in 1946 as Native Americans called it on Lake Webster or Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg. The show was no nonsense; the band kicked ass. Originally Indian Ranch split it up with CW and Rock. Itzhak Perlman can still belt out the vocals, and the Rockabilly Slide guitar he dons feels like you are back in the studio listening to original recordings. The venue is perfect, and I go every year to Charlie Daniels. I was very surprised as I enjoyed their music - well, forever, not on my bucket list but decided to go. Every seat is fantastic, and Itzhak was grateful for the response he received throughout the show. They all sounded great, not too loud, and not too loud. He had a look like he was the mischievous kid doing something wrong back in the fourth grade. Of course, he gave out a few free public service announcements like "Don't drink and drive." He had forgotten all the songs he covered, but they all sounded like his and they all sounded great. A Music show and a Broadway show, we got two shows - he was entertaining. He asked to be back in the form of something like "I hope this is the beginning of a long relationship." He was a great 2026 Summer Kick-Off opening band - we hope that Indian Ranch brings him back. They were tight man, very tight!
